Gulfgate TIRZ #8
Gulfgate Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #8 supports improvements in southeast Houston through investments in streets, housing, parks and public spaces. Working with the Gulfgate Redevelopment Authority and public partners, it reinvests tax increment revenue into projects intended to strengthen neighborhoods and create economic opportunity.
